A cookbook with recipes and stories from the heart

the finest blend of heart, flavour and nostalgia in one book. 

I was commissioned to work on this unique project by  Stephanie Gray and Darrel Stevenson, owners of Millside Restaurant, cloughmills.
My experience  As creative adviser and copywriter for this beautiful project 
means it  will always remain close to my heart and hob.
. The recipes are homely, hearty, comforting and completely accessible.

The stories peppered throughout are personal yet universal. 

Challenge

Every successful product is the fruit of hard work and this applies to every field of business. Intuition alone is not enough to create a product that people will love and use. You also need to do your research, thinking, planning, differentiating yourself and more. Write about some of the challenges you faced in designing this product and what steps you and your team took to overcome them.
